Huda Beauty Empowered Eyeshadow Palette is the brand's newest 18-pan palette that included two cream-based shades with the rest as powders. The shimmers were a bit thicker and moderately emollient, and I liked them on their own but didn't feel like they always combined as well with the matte formula, which was thinner and lightly to moderately powdery. I think Huda's matte eyeshadow formula works well for someone who prefers more buildable coverage and always uses an eyeshadow primer for their looks.
