DELIVERY AND SHIPPING PROCESS 
Order Processing
 
Once an order is successfully placed, it is automatically entered into our system for processing. Orders for in-stock products are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. During special promotions, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing may take 2 to 7 business days.
 
In certain cases, one or more items in your order may be temporarily out of stock or in transit to our warehouse. Should this occur, our Customer Support Team will contact you prior to dispatch. Upon your confirmation, we will ship the available items first and dispatch the remaining items within 2 to 7 working days. Alternatively, if you prefer not to proceed, a refund for the unavailable item(s) will be initiated.
 
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if confirmation is not received from the customer, the order may be cancelled without prior notice. Additionally, customers who have previously refused or failed to accept a COD order may have future COD orders automatically cancelled.
 
For prepaid orders, if an order is cancelled due to product unavailability or non-serviceable pin codes, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
 
 
Shipping Process
 
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive:
•A shipping confirmation email on your registered email address, and
•An SMS notification on your registered mobile number
 
These notifications will include the courier partner details and a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active.
 
Orders are processed on business days only and in the sequence in which they are received. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
 
In some instances, your order may be shipped from multiple fulfillment locations. In such cases, you may receive more than one package with separate tracking numbers. However, you will be required to pay the shipping or COD charges (if applicable) only once, on the first package received.
 
We have partnered with multiple reputed courier service providers to ensure reliable doorstep delivery across more than 26,000 pin codes throughout India.
 
 
Shipping Charges
 
All orders are subject to shipping charges ranging from ₹100 to ₹150 or more, depending on the courier partner and delivery location.
 
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at a flat charge of ₹200.
 
 
Delivery Timeline
 
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 2 to 4 business days of placing your order. During periods of heavy order volume, this timeline may be extended.
 
We select the most efficient courier partner for your delivery location to ensure timely service. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the date the shipment is picked up from our warehouse.
 
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner operations, and unforeseen logistical factors.
 

IMPORTANT
In the event of festivals, public holidays, national emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended to 10–15 business days or longer, depending on the situation. We kindly request customers to place their orders keeping these possibilities in mind.
