Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Glam It Up Cosmetics
 
At Glam It Up Cosmetics, we value your trust and strive to maintain complete transparency in all transactions. Please review our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
 
 
1. Order Cancellation Policy
 
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
 
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting our Customer Support Team:

Once payment is received for a confirmed order, certain processing fees are charged by our payment gateway partners (ranging from 1.5% to 2.5% depending on the payment mode). These charges are non-recoverable.
 
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if an advance COD fee of ₹200 has been paid and the order is cancelled before shipment, this amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is charged by the courier partner.
 
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund shall be processed after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.
 
Example:
If an unshipped prepaid order of ₹5,000 paid via UPI is cancelled, ₹200 will be deducted and ₹4,800 will be refunded.
 
 
1.2 Order Modification Option
 
Customers may modify their unshipped orders by adding products or increasing quantities. In such cases, no cancellation charges will be applied, and only the balance payment (if any) will be required.
 
 
1.3 Cancellation Timeframe
 
Orders can be cancelled only:
•Before the order status changes to “Shipped”, or
•Within 48 hours of order placement,
whichever occurs earlier.
 
Once the order is shipped, the cancellation option is disabled.
 
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 24–48 business hours after the request is approved.
 
 
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
 
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is not possible.
 
If a customer refuses delivery of a COD order, all future COD orders may be permanently disabled, and only prepaid orders will be permitted.
 
For prepaid orders returned without acceptance:
•The product condition and packaging will be verified upon receipt.
•Refunds will be issued after deducting payment gateway charges, shipping charges, return courier costs, and any damage charges, as applicable.
 
 
3. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
 
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless:
 
✔ You received an incorrect product or quantity
✔ The product was damaged during transit
 
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
 
Refunds or exchanges will be processed only if the customer provides a clear unboxing video showing:
•Order number
•AWB number on the shipping label
•Product condition
 
This is mandatory for all claims related to wrong, missing, or damaged items.
 
Partial returns are accepted where applicable.
 
 
5. Return & Exchange Process
 
To initiate a return or exchange:
1.Contact Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
2.Share:
•Order ID
•Clear unboxing video
•Images of the damaged/wrong product
3.Repack the item securely and mention:
•Name
•Order number
•Mobile number
on the outer box, along with the original invoice (if available).
4.Pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days.
5.Refund or replacement will be processed only after the product is received in original condition with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
6.If exchanging for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid in advance.
 
⚠ All items must be returned along with any complimentary gifts received.
 
 
6. Cases Where Return / Refund Is Not Applicable
 
We do not offer return, exchange, or refund in the following situations:
1.Doubt regarding product authenticity (we sell only 100% genuine products).
2.Change of mind after dispatch.
3.Complaints related to product smell, formulation, or personal preference.
4.Opened, used, or tampered products.
5.Missing unboxing video proof.
 
 
7. Refund Processing
 
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
 
For Prepaid Orders
 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours of approval. The credited amount may reflect within 1 business day after initiation.
 
For COD Orders
 
Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI based on the details provided by the customer and completed within 24–48 business hours.
 
⚠ COD advance charges of ₹200 are non-refundable.
 
 
8. Store Credit Option
 
Customers may opt for refund via Glam It Up Cosmetics store coupons, which can be used for future purchases.

✔ Original packaging
